Payment
I accept payment by bank transfer or credit and debit card payments.

Bank transfers: please email me for details.

PayPal: You can pay simply and securely with PayPal without having to open a PayPal account. I do not have access to your bank or credit card details, which are processed through PayPal’s secure server.

I do not accept cheques.

Delivery Times
Editions are framed to order and are usually shipped within 4 weeks. If you need your piece sooner please ask as this is often possible. Other works will be shipped within a week.

Commissions
I am happy to work to commission. In order for the commission to proceed I require 50% payment upfront as a non refundable deposit. The final 50% is due prior to delivery. If you are not happy with your piece please contact me straight away to discuss a resolution.

Shipping
Shipping is free for works over £600 for everything else the price will be calculated at check out.

Orders to the UK usually take 1-2 days to arrive, deliveries to Europe, Asia and America will take a bit longer, please allow up to 3 weeks to be safe. Details will be confirmed after completion of payment.

Duties and Taxes
When goods are delivered outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

Returns Policy
I do hope that you are very happy with what you receive. If you are not please contact me immediately. Please note, I cannot refund the postage and you will have to pay for the return postage. In the unlikely event that the items you receive are faulty, I will of course refund the initial delivery cost as well as the cost of returning the item.
 Please email within 7 days of receiving your order to discuss any returns.

Exceptions
I cannot accept returns or exchanges of specially commissioned pieces. This does not affect your statutory rights.

All prices are in pounds sterling.
